Mike Cagney

Mike Cagney is co-founder and early chief executive of SoFi. He founded Social Finance at Stanford GSB with classmates in 2011 and left the company in 2018.1

Career

Under Cagney, SoFi expanded from alumni-network lending into personal loans, mortgages and investing. Later leadership under Anthony Noto completed a U.S. national bank charter in 2022 (NASDAQ: SOFI).
