Nikolay Storonsky
Nikolay Storonsky is co-founder and chief executive officer of Revolut. A former derivatives trader, he founded Revolut to attack opaque FX markups and later expanded it into banking, investing and business accounts.1
Career
Born in 1984 in Russia and later based in London, Storonsky worked at Credit Suisse and Lehman Brothers. With Vlad Yatsenko he launched Revolut's multi-currency card, then pursued licences across markets including a UK banking licence with restrictions. He also founded AI venture firm QuantumLight.
